Built for renovation businesses, one kind at a time
A kitchen specialist, a bathroom renovator, a joinery workshop and a small builder are chosen for different reasons. Each gets a site built around how its own buyers decide.
Five kinds of renovation business
Pick the one closest to the work you want more of. Each page covers who your buyers are, what usually goes wrong on sites like yours, what the site carries and the pages it would have.
-
Kitchen renovators
A website for kitchen renovators that reads as a design studio, not a catalogue
People planning a kitchen compare layouts, benchtops and how long they will cook in the laundry. The site that answers those questions before the first measure is the one that gets the consult.
The site carries
- Project pages by layout
- A design consult form
- A “how a kitchen job runs” page
-
Bathroom renovators
A website for bathroom renovators that reads as careful, not cheap
A bathroom buyer worries about what happens behind the tiles. The site that explains waterproofing, the order of trades and the week without a shower is the one that gets the call.
The site carries
- A waterproofing page
- Projects by bathroom type
- The order of trades
-
Whole-home renovators
A website for whole-home renovators that reads as a project manager, not a photo album
A whole-home renovation takes over a year of someone’s life. Your website has to show how you run a long, complicated job, not only what the finished house looks like.
The site carries
- Project stories
- How we run a renovation
- Working with designers
-
Cabinet makers and joiners
A website for joinery workshops that reads as craft, not flat-pack
A joinery workshop sells to two different buyers: homeowners who want one beautiful room, and builders who want reliable supply. One site can serve both, if it keeps them apart.
The site carries
- Separate homeowner and trade paths
- The workshop page
- Detail photography layout
-
Small builders doing renovations
A website for small builders that reads as a renovation specialist, not “all building work”
Small builders often run on word of mouth until a quiet month arrives. A site that shows the renovation work you want more of turns referrals into a steadier pipeline.
The site carries
- The work you want more of, first
- Licence and insurance details
- Structural work you take on
What every one of them gets
The same plan, whichever kind of business you run: A$249 a month and A$499 setup, GST may apply, on a 12-month minimum term. The site is live within 14 days of receiving your content, hosted and kept secure, with up to 5 content edits a month and a monthly report of the enquiries it received.
What changes between businesses is the structure: which pages lead, what the enquiry form asks and which proof sits closest to the button. That is decided on the first call, from how you really win work.
Who the plan is not for
The plan is sold to businesses only. It is not for homeowners planning their own renovation, and it is not a lead service: we don’t send you jobs or sell enquiries.
It also suits some businesses less well. If you need an online shop, a quoting system tied into your job management software, or paid advertising run for you, the plan does not include those. We would rather say so on a call than sign you up for something that doesn’t fit.
If a DIY builder or a social page suits your business better right now, the comparison page says so plainly.
Not sure which page fits? Plenty of renovators straddle two.
Book a call and tell us the work you want more of. We sketch the page structure that fits, and tell you plainly whether the plan suits your business.
