Websites for kitchen and bathroom renovators
A$249/monthA$499 setupGST may apply
You quote at night and build all day. Your website should be doing the explaining while you are on the tools: finished rooms, your licence, and a consult form worth answering. Live within 14 days of your content.
- Built for how a kitchen or bathroom is bought: slowly, by two people comparing rooms.
- One plan, one price, published in full before you book anything.
- No promised rankings and no invented reviews, just a monthly count of what came in.

Five scenes from a renovator’s week
Where the enquiry is lost before anyone calls you
None of these are design problems, and none of them show up in your inbox. They happen quietly, while a homeowner reads your site with a competitor’s site open in the next tab.
-
The photo album with no words
Forty photos load in one album. No room type, no suburb, no scope. A buyer with a small ensuite scrolls past three kitchens and gives up.
Costs you: the buyer can’t find work like theirs, so they can’t picture you doing theirs.
-
A licence number nobody can find
The number is on the ute and in the quote, but not on the site. The careful buyer, the one who reads terms and checks registers, looks for it and finds nothing.
Costs you: the most organised buyer in your pipeline moves to the next result.
-
Silence about living through the job
Nothing on the site says how many days the kitchen is out of use, or where the family washes up while the bathroom is gutted. The question lands halfway through a quote instead.
Costs you: time spent quoting people who were never going to accept the disruption.
-
A phone number as the only way in
Kitchens get researched at ten at night, on a couch, by two people with a tape measure. Nobody rings a renovator then, and the number is all the site offers.
Costs you: the enquiry goes to whoever had a form open at the time.
-
A site that stopped in the year it launched
The last project added was the job before the site went live. Since then the business has changed suppliers, added a state and finished thirty rooms.
Costs you: your best work never reaches the people comparing you with someone else.

What changes
What a site that works actually changes
We don’t promise jobs, rankings or a number of enquiries, and you should be wary of anyone who does. These are the things that change because the pages exist and stay current.
-
Enquiries arrive with the job already described
Room, suburb, rough timing and photos of the space, in the first message, so your reply can be specific instead of a call-back request.
-
The right buyer lands on the right page
Someone searching for a bathroom renovation reads a bathroom page, not a homepage that lists everything you have ever done.
-
Your licence does its work while you sleep
The number sits in the footer of every page, so the buyer who checks registers before calling has already checked yours.
-
Finished rooms go up while they still look new
A job finished this month can be on the site this month, as one of your edits, not in the next redesign.
-
You can see what the site actually did
A monthly count of the enquiries it received. No promises about jobs, and no way to hide a quiet month.
The quote-ready board
Quote-ready before the next showroom visit
A selection board only carries what the client needs to decide. A renovator’s website is the same. This is what we put on the board before launch, and what waits for a quiet week between jobs.
On the board before launch
- Three finished rooms, described Room type, suburb and scope under each set of photos. Three described jobs beat thirty unlabelled ones.
- Your licensed name and number Exactly as it appears on the licence, in the footer of every page.
- The room you want more of, on its own page One service page for the work you would take tomorrow, written for the person buying it.
- How a job runs, in days Measure, design, quote, build, handover, and how long the room is out of use.
- A consult form that asks four things Room, suburb, timing, photos. Short enough that a tired buyer finishes it.
Can wait for a quiet week
- A page per layout or bathroom type Worth splitting once you have enough finished work to fill each page properly.
- A materials and finishes section Good to have when supplier ranges settle, and easy to add as an edit.
- Progress photos on older projects Add them when you are back in the same suburb, or when the office is quiet.
- A second service area written out Wait until you are actually travelling there often enough to want the work.
- A trade or builder path Only once builder work is a real part of the book, not a one-off favour.
Line by line
Six things we change first
What we usually find on a renovation business’s current site, and what the plan puts there instead.
- The gallery One album, no captions, no rooms named. A page per finished room, grouped by kitchens, bathrooms and laundries.
- Services One paragraph covering kitchens, bathrooms and everything else. A page for each room you want more of, written for that buyer.
- Licence On the ute and the quote, nowhere on the site. Licensed name and number on every page, licences in full on the studio page.
- The process Not mentioned, so it comes up mid-quote. Measure to handover in plain steps, with the days the room is out of use.
- Enquiries A mobile number and a contact box. A consult form asking room, suburb, timing and photos, counted every month.
- Upkeep Unchanged since launch. Nobody has the login. 5 edits a month and a monthly enquiry report.
The sample wall
Everything a careful buyer checks, built in
Eight parts go into every renovator site on the plan, and none of them is itemised later. Each one answers a question a buyer asks before they call. Hover or tap a sample to turn it over.
Not included, so the price stays the same for everyone
- Paid advertising, such as Google Ads, and the ad spend.
- Logo or brand design.
- Writing your content: you supply the words, photos and prices, and we lay them out.
- Domain registration fees: the domain is registered in your business name and you pay the registrar.
On a phone, in a driveway
Quick to open, and built to be found
Quick to open
- Static pages, not a plugin stackPages are built as files, so there is nothing to assemble while a buyer waits.
- Drawings and images kept smallProject photos are sized for phones before they ever reach a page.
- Built for Google’s published targetsWe build for the loading and stability thresholds Google documents. We don’t promise a score.
- Nothing that jumps as it loadsText and images hold their place, so a tap lands where the buyer aimed.
Built to be found
- A page for each room you sellKitchens and bathrooms can’t compete for searches from inside one paragraph.
- Project pages that carry wordsScope, suburb and captions give a search engine something to read beside the photos.
- One service area page, written properlyNot a stack of copied suburb pages, which Google treats as doorway pages.
- Correct structured dataYour business, services and questions marked up the way search engines expect.
Nobody can honestly promise you a ranking, a speed score or a number of enquiries, and we don’t. What we will and won’t promise.

Want to see your own kitchens on a board like this?
On the call we sketch the page structure for your business, room by room, and point to the sample site closest to it. Nothing is built until you say so.
Instead of testimonials
No client quotes, because there are no clients yet
This studio is new. Plenty of websites in this trade carry glowing quotes from businesses that don’t exist, and we are not starting that way.
When renovation businesses are running on the plan and are happy for us to say so, their names and their sites will appear here, with their permission, and nowhere before then. Until that day, judge us on the terms, the sample sites and the call.
Who you deal with
The person on the call is the person who builds and edits your site. No account manager, no handover, no ticket queue between you and the work.
What we don’t do
- Promise rankings, traffic, enquiries or jobs
- Write claims about your work that you haven’t given us
- Publish reviews or projects that aren’t yours
- Sell your enquiries to anyone
Straight answers
Questions renovators ask first
The ones that come up on almost every first call. Pull a drawer to read the answer.
What does the plan cost?
A$249 a month and a one-off setup fee of A$499, on a 12-month minimum term. Prices are shown without GST; GST may apply. There is one plan and one price for every renovation business, with no tiers and no promotional pricing.
Can I cancel?
Yes. After the 12-month minimum term, give written notice before your next billing date and the plan runs out when the month already invoiced ends. During the minimum term you can still end it, but the monthly fees for the rest of the term remain payable, unless you are ending it because we seriously breached the terms and didn’t fix the problem within 14 days. The plan terms set this out in full.
How long does it take to get my site live?
Your site is live within 14 days of us receiving your content: business and licence details, photos, service areas and notes for each page. If something is missing, we tell you what straight away, and the 14 days start once it arrives.
Do I have to write the words for my site?
You supply the substance: what you do, how your jobs run, your projects and your prices if you show them. Rough notes, dot points or a voice memo are fine. We lay it out into pages and tidy the wording for you to check, but we never invent claims about your business.
Who owns my domain and content?
Your business does. Your domain is registered in your business name and you pay the registrar directly. Your words, photos, logo and prices stay yours. When the plan ends we give you a copy of the content you supplied and help you point the domain wherever you choose.
Will the website get me more jobs?
We can’t promise that, and we don’t. The site is built to explain your work clearly, show finished rooms, prove you are licensed and make it easy to enquire, and we report the enquiries it receives every month. How many jobs follow depends on your market, your work, your reviews and how quickly you reply.
Put your own work on the board
One call. We look at how you win kitchens and bathrooms now, show you the sample sites and go through the terms line by line. No charge, no obligation, and if the plan doesn’t suit your business, you hear that on the call.
Booking calendar
Booking opens soon
The calendar for booking a call goes live here before the site launches. Nothing is taken or stored on this page in the meantime.
A contact email is added here at the same time as the calendar.
Renovator Websites is a website studio. We are not a renovation business, a builder or a licensing adviser, and nothing on this site is building or licensing advice.
