Renovator Websites

Six stages, in order, from first call to monthly edits

Your part is mostly at the start: one call and one content checklist. From the day the checklist is complete, your site is live within 14 days, and it keeps changing after that.

  1. Before you commit

    Book a call

One call, no charge, no obligation. We ask what kind of renovation business you run, where you work and what your current site or social pages do for you. We show you the sample designs and go through the terms, the minimum term included. If the plan isn’t right for your business, you hear that on the call, not after you have paid.

    You

    • Tell us about your work, your area and the jobs you want more of
    • Ask anything about the price and the terms

    Us

    • Explain the plan, the price and the terms plainly
    • Tell you honestly if the plan doesn’t suit your business
  2. After you sign up

    Send your content

Once you sign up and the setup fee is paid, you get one content checklist. Most of it you already have: licence details, a logo, photos of finished rooms and notes on each service. Rough notes and voice memos are fine. The build clock starts the day the checklist is complete, and if anything is missing we tell you what, straight away.

    You

    • Work through the content checklist
    • Give us access to your domain, or let us walk you through it

    Us

    • Tell you straight away if anything is missing
    • Turn your notes into page copy for you to check
  3. Within 14 days of your content

    We build the site

We build every page from your content: home, a page per service, project pages grouped by room, how a job runs, service area, about and licences, and the design consult form. The 14-day window is fixed, and it starts on the day we have everything on the checklist.

    You

    • Answer any questions about your content quickly

    Us

    • Build every page and the enquiry form
    • Write captions and image descriptions from your notes
  4. Before launch

    Check it with us

You get a private preview of the whole site. Read every page with the eye of a buyer: licence details, project descriptions, prices if you show them. Send your changes in one list and we make them before launch. Nothing goes live until you have seen it.

    You

    • Check every page, especially licence details and prices
    • Send one list of changes

    Us

    • Make the changes and confirm when they are done
  5. Launch day

    Go live

We connect your domain, turn on the SSL certificate and send a test enquiry to make sure it lands where you want it. The monthly fee starts from the month the site goes live, and so does the minimum term.

    You

    • Confirm the test enquiry arrived where you wanted it

    Us

    • Connect the domain and SSL
    • Test the form end to end
  6. Every month after

    Monthly edits and a report

The site keeps changing after launch. Send a finished kitchen, new photos, a price change or a wider service area whenever it comes up, up to 5 edits a month. Each month you get a short report of the enquiries your site received, so you can see what it is doing.

    You

    • Send edit requests with the photos or wording attached

    Us

    • Make the edits
    • Keep hosting and security up to date
    • Send the monthly enquiry report

A renovation runs in stages. So does your site.

The order is fixed. One number of days is promised.

You already run jobs this way: measure, design, quote, build, handover, each stage signed off before the next. The website follows the same discipline, with one fixed window on the stage that ends in a launch date.

The content checklist

This is the list you get after signing up. Most renovators already have most of it sitting in their phone and their quoting software. Rough notes are fine: we turn them into page copy for you to check.

The 14-day build period starts on the day everything on the list has arrived. If something is missing, we tell you what, straight away.

You can print this page to work through the list offline. The same list arrives by email when you sign up, so there is nothing to download.

What the timing really depends on

The one timing commitment in the plan is that your site is live within 14 days of us receiving your complete content. Everything before that depends on how quickly the checklist comes together. In practice that comes down to two things: photos of finished rooms you have the right to use, and licence details copied exactly from the licence.

The review step is quick when you send one list of changes rather than a few at a time. After launch, edits are made as they come in, up to 5 a month.

When fees start

The A$499 setup fee is invoiced when you sign up. The A$249 monthly fee starts from the month your site goes live, and the 12-month minimum term runs from that day. The plan terms have the detail, and pricing shows the totals.

Stage one is a call. It costs nothing.

Book a call. We look at how you win kitchens and bathrooms now, show you the sample designs and tell you plainly whether the plan suits your business. If you go ahead, the content checklist comes next.

A$249 a month, A$499 one-off setup, GST may apply, 12-month minimum term.

After you book: a call, then a content checklist if you go ahead. See pricing
