One plan for renovators. Premium, and priced plainly.
Every kitchen and bathroom business pays the same: A$249 a month and a one-off A$499 setup fee, on a 12-month minimum term. No tiers, no promotions, no fees held back for the call.
Beyond the invoice
What buying a website usually costs a renovator
The number on the quote is rarely the expensive part. These five costs turn up later, and most renovators have paid at least two of them.
-
The site is paid for once, then left alone
A one-off build looks cheaper on the day. A year later the gallery still shows the jobs from launch week and the contact page lists the old mobile.
The cost: buyers judge your current work by photos from years ago.
-
Every small change becomes an invoice
A renewed licence, a finished ensuite, a wider service area. Each one is an email to a developer, a quote and a wait.
The cost: changes stop being made, and the site drifts away from the business.
-
A builder subscription eats your evenings
Drag-and-drop tools are cheap per month and expensive in hours. The hours come out of the same evenings you spend on quotes and drawings.
The cost: the website gets finished last, after the work that pays.
-
Hosting, SSL and plugins arrive as separate bills
A hosting renewal here, a plugin licence there, a security patch nobody applied. None of it is large, and all of it is easy to miss.
The cost: a site that goes down or shows a security warning in a busy month.
-
Nobody can tell you what the site brings in
Without a count of enquiries there is no way to judge whether the website earns its keep or just sits there.
The cost: you keep paying for a site with no way to see its work.
The terms, in plain language
Setup, monthly fee, term and cancelling, stated plainly
- Setup
- A$499, one-off Pays for planning and building your site. Invoiced when you sign up, and not refunded once the build has started, except where the law says otherwise.
- Monthly fee
- A$249 a month Invoiced in advance, starting from the month your site goes live. Nothing monthly is charged while the site is being built.
- Minimum term
- 12 months from launch Then month to month. If the monthly fee ever changes after the minimum term, you get at least 30 days’ written notice and can end the plan before the new fee starts.
- Cancelling
- Written notice, no exit fee After the minimum term, give notice before your next billing date. During it, you can still stop, and the monthly fees for the rest of the term stay payable, unless we seriously breached the terms and didn’t fix it within 14 days of you telling us.
- GST
- GST may apply Prices on this site are shown without GST. A business showing prices only to other businesses doesn't need to include GST 1 in them, and a business that isn’t registered for GST doesn’t charge it: they don't include GST in their prices 2 .
- Ownership
- Your domain, your content The domain is registered in your business name. Your words, photos, logo and prices stay yours, and you get a copy of them when the plan ends.
The plan terms are the full agreement. Nothing in them removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

What you pay, year by year
The same figures as the price ticket, added up. Hosting, SSL, security updates and edits sit inside the monthly fee. The only other cost is your domain registration, paid to your registrar in your business name.

| Year 1 | setup plus 12 monthly fees | A$3,487 |

What every renovator gets, and why
- Your website live within 14 days of receiving your contentFrom a complete checklist to a live site in two weeks, so the build never outlasts a bathroom strip-out.
- Hosting, SSL certificate and security updatesYou never deal with a hosting company, a certificate renewal or an out-of-date plugin.
- Up to 5 content edits a monthFinished projects, price changes and new service areas go up while they are still current.
- A monthly report of the enquiries your website receivedYou see what came through the site each month, instead of guessing.
- A 12-month minimum term, then month to monthOne predictable commitment, then month to month with written notice.
Every site is also built with project pages, a page for each service you sell, a how-a-job-runs page, one honest service area page, licence details on every page and a design consult form. Each part explained.
Left out on purpose
Not included
- Paid advertising, such as Google Ads, and the ad spend.
- Logo or brand design.
- Writing your content: you supply the words, photos and prices, and we lay them out.
- Domain registration fees: the domain is registered in your business name and you pay the registrar.
These stay outside the plan so the price is the same for every business. Work beyond the plan, such as a new feature or a redesign, is quoted first. Nothing is charged unless you agree to it.
After launch
How monthly edits actually work
A renovation business changes all year: new finished rooms, new suppliers, a licence renewed, a suburb added. The edits exist so the site changes with it.
- What one edit is
- One change to an existing page: a new project set, updated prices, a new photo, changed hours, a wider service area.
- How many
- Up to 5 every month, inside the monthly fee.
- How to ask
- By email, with the photos or wording attached. Rough notes are fine. We tidy the words and check with you if anything would change meaning.
- Outside the plan
- New sections, new features and redesigns. We quote those first, and nothing is charged unless you agree.
Line by line
A one-off build against a plan that keeps going
A do-it-yourself builder and a one-off agency build both suit some renovators. This table describes each option in general terms. Prices vary widely between providers, so get written figures from anyone you are considering. The full comparison also covers running the business from Facebook or Instagram alone.
| Compared on | This plan | DIY website builder | One-off agency build |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who builds it | We do, from the content you supply | You do, on a template | The agency does, to a brief |
| Upfront cost | A$499 setup | Low, plus your time | Usually the largest single cost |
| Ongoing cost | A$249 a month | Builder subscription, plus your time | Hosting, plus paid changes |
| Changes after launch | Up to 5 edits a month included | Whenever you find the time | Quoted or billed per change, in most cases |
| Pages built for renovators | Projects, process, licence details, consult form | Whatever the template offers | Depends on the brief and the budget |
| Commitment | 12-month minimum, then month to month | Usually monthly or yearly | Per project |
Heard on most first calls
Before you ask
- My last website never brought in a single job.
- Renovator sites that go quiet tend to share the same gaps: no project pages, no licence details, no easy way to enquire, and nobody updating them. The plan is built around exactly those gaps. We can’t promise jobs and we won’t, but you get a monthly report of every enquiry, so you can judge the site on evidence.
- I’m on site all day. I don’t have time to manage a website.
- You don’t manage it. You send your content once, then send edits when something changes, up to 5 a month. Hosting, security updates and the enquiry form are handled for you.
- What do I actually have to supply?
- Business and licence details, a logo if you have one, photos of finished work, notes on each service and the areas you travel to. The content checklist on the how it works page lists everything, and most renovators already have most of it.
- What if I want to leave?
- After 12 months, give written notice before your next billing date and the plan runs out when the month already invoiced ends. Your domain and content are yours, and we help you move the domain. Ending during the minimum term means the monthly fees for the rest of that term are still payable.
Pricing questions, answered
What does the plan cost?
A$249 a month and a one-off setup fee of A$499, on a 12-month minimum term. Prices are shown without GST; GST may apply. There is one plan and one price for every renovation business, with no tiers and no promotional pricing.
What does the monthly fee actually cover?
A website built for a kitchen or bathroom business: project pages grouped by room, a page for each service you sell, a how-a-job-runs page, one service area page, licence details on every page and a design consult form. Hosting, SSL and security updates are included, with up to 5 content edits a month and a monthly report of the enquiries the site received. Nothing in that list is billed separately later.
Why is there a 12-month minimum term?
It keeps the upfront cost to the A$499 setup fee. The monthly fee pays for building, hosting and looking after the site over time, and the minimum term is what makes that split work. After 12 months the plan runs month to month, and the terms say so plainly before you sign.
Can I cancel?
Yes. After the 12-month minimum term, give written notice before your next billing date and the plan runs out when the month already invoiced ends. During the minimum term you can still end it, but the monthly fees for the rest of the term remain payable, unless you are ending it because we seriously breached the terms and didn’t fix the problem within 14 days. The plan terms set this out in full.
What happens after the first 12 months?
The plan continues month to month at A$249 a month with the same inclusions. Either of us can end it with written notice. If the monthly fee ever changes, you get at least 30 days’ written notice first and can end the plan before the new fee starts.
When is the setup fee charged, and when does the monthly fee start?
The A$499 setup fee is invoiced when you sign up, because it pays for planning and building the site. The monthly fee starts from the month your site goes live, and so does the minimum term. Nothing monthly is charged while the site is being built.
Are there any other fees?
Not for what the plan includes. You pay your own domain registration to the registrar, in your business name. Work outside the plan, such as a new feature or a redesign, is quoted first, and nothing is charged unless you agree.
Do you offer discounts or a cheaper plan?
No. There is one plan at one price for every business, with no promotional pricing. Every renovator pays the same, and every renovator can read the whole offer before a call.
