1. Who we are

The business behind this site will be named here, with its ABN and a contact email, before launch. We sell a managed website plan to kitchen and bathroom renovation businesses in Australia.

Under the Privacy Act 1988, a small business is generally one with an annual turnover of $3 million or less ¹ , and some small businesses are covered regardless. Whether or not the Act applies to us, we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. What we collect

• Booking and enquiry details. The booking calendar and enquiry form on this site are not switched on yet, so nothing is collected through them. When they are, we will collect what you enter: usually your name, email, business name, phone number if you give it, and anything you tell us about your business.
• Emails and call notes. If you email us or talk to us on a call, we keep the correspondence and notes of what was discussed.
• Client details. If your business takes up the plan, we collect the details needed to supply it: contact people, billing details, licence details and the content you send for your site.
• Server logs. Our web host records standard technical information when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

3. Why we collect it

We use personal information to reply to you, run the calls you book, decide with you whether the plan suits your business, supply and invoice the plan, keep the site secure, and meet our legal obligations. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for any purpose you wouldn't reasonably expect.

You can deal with us without giving your name when you only want general information, but we can't book a call or supply the plan anonymously.

4. Who else handles it

• Our web host. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare runs a global network, so server logs may be processed outside Australia.
• Booking and form tools. When the booking calendar and enquiry form are switched on, they will run on GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), a US-based service, and the details you enter may be stored in the United States or other countries where it operates.
• Email and accounting services we use to correspond with you and invoice clients, which may also store data outside Australia.
• Professional advisers and authorities where the law requires it.

Before we disclose personal information to a service outside Australia, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is handled in a way that is consistent with the APPs.

5. How we store and protect it

We store personal information with the services listed above, protected by access controls and the security those services provide. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or de-identify it.

6. Accessing and correcting your information

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Contact details are added to this page before launch. We will respond within 30 days. If we refuse a request, we will tell you why in writing.

7. Complaints

If you think we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

8. Your customers' information

If your business is on the plan, enquiries sent through your own website belong to your business. How we handle them for you is set out in the plan terms.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
